We all know sound and vibration has a great influence on our body and mind. Studies have shown that sound and vibration have benefits beyond what we imagine. Sound, through vibration and waves, causes our brain to stimulate certain parts of our body which result in positive changes for those with movement disorders, traumatic brain injuries, stroke, dementia, etc. It is through sound and vibration that our body is able to relax and heal.
